We’ve moved!
Goodbye to FredricLipio.com, and hello CoachLippy.com!
And it was a long time coming.
What happened? And what’s in store?
What is reality?
I started FredricLipio.com, mainly as a way for me to prove to myself that I could do what I wanted, and that became an area for me to share what I was learning, and at the same time, have an online presence as well.
Except, well, of some hard realities that I didn’t face.
First, hardly anyone called me Fredric, or Fredric Lipio, for that matter.
My friends called me Lippy, and I introduced myself as Lippy, and as Coach Lippy.
Even knowing this, I hesitated to pull the trigger for the change. I wasn’t confident enough, and I felt it was safer hiding behind FredricLipio.com, so in case it fails, I could hide behind a wall of obscurity.
Looking back, that was another area that I grew in – acceptance and confidence in myself and in my abilities. Especially when you have many clients telling me how good a job I was doing.
And yet, I was sabotaging myself with my unrealistic high expectations of myself.
What else is reality? That I had forgiven myself, and found myself ready to move on.
Welcome, CoachLippy.com
What’s to come?
I still plan on sharing what I’ve been learning through my experiences, especially when it comes to this truth that I’ve discovered:
That to get the results that we want, and keep them, it is crucial to build and practice the right habits.
Because sustained success and results are not achieved through luck.
And through coaching others, and my experience and studies as well, I’ve found out that the following are also true:
That our beliefs, our paradigms – how we view, see and perceive the world, are also a form of habit, built through our experiences, studies, and accidental conditioning.
That we do have control over how we think, which in turn grants us control over what we choose to do in a situation. We are always making a choice, even if the choice is to give up control to instinct, panic, training, or to other forces.
That habits are built, and changed, with awareness, by being deliberate, and by taking small actions to build momentum, and to keep consistency.
Anyone can change their lives by taking these steps.
I know I have.
From couch potato to regular gym-goer.
From no writing to publishing two articles per week.
From being afraid to speak in front of people, to coaching and training for a living mission.
That’s what I’d like to share.
We’re all works in progress
And through your feedback and experiences, I look forward to hearing from you how I can continue to help you get what matters most, done, and how I can serve you better.
I look forward to having you onboard, and to also share the message here to friends you feel could benefit from having improved habits, to get the results what they want.
And more importantly, to keep them. And to keep on improving.
Thanks for being a part of FredricLipio.com for the past 3 years.
